While terms like “tactics,” “strategy,” and “campaign” are common in the advertising world, Joe Soto uses them with extra conviction. This ex-Marine officer possesses 15+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience from both agency and client sides in the global and domestic marketplaces. Joe’s expertise in thought leader development, new product launches, strategic and tactical planning have increased his clients’ profitability and garnered industry-wide recognition, including Mobius, Rx Club, and New York Festivals awards. His experience covers virtually every therapeutic category.

As the general manager, Joe manages client relations, program execution, and strategic planning—from pre- to post-launch—for the agency’s major clients. Before coming on board, he was the general manager of Foote Cone & Belding HealthCare in San Francisco.

Joe earned an MA in business administration at Webster University and a BS in general engineering from the United States Naval Academy.

He is a member of the board of directors for the Medical Marketing Association (MMA) and the American Association of Advertising Agencies (AAAA).
