1. Take New Jersey Turnpike south to EXIT 6.
2. NJ Turnpike Extension becomes Pennsylvania Turnpike.
3. Exit Pennsylvania Turnpike immediately after ticket booth (Exit 329) toward Delaware Valley/Levittown/Bristol.
4. Turn right onto US-13 S ramp toward I-95/Bristol.
5. Merge onto US-13 S. Proceed for 1.9 miles to PA 413 (New Rodgers Road).
6. Turn right on PA 413 for 1.2 miles to I-95 entrance on left.
7. Bear left for Philadelphia, 16.5 miles south on I-95.
8. Take EXIT 22 (the old exit 17) toward CENTRAL PHILADELPHIA/INDEPENDENCE HALL ( I-676). Keep LEFT at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto VINE STREET EXPRESSWAY for 0.5 miles.
9. Take Exit for BROAD STREET/CENTRAL PHILA/PA 611 and merge onto 15th Street heading South. Fifteenth Street widens at City Hall.
10. Bear LEFT around City Hall, but stay to the RIGHT of the traffic light on South Penn Square to turn RIGHT onto South Broad Street. The Dorland office building (One South Broad, 11th Floor) is on the left (East) side of Broad Street; the Ritz Carlton Hotel is on the right (west) side of Broad Street.
11. FOR PARKING: Proceed 1.5 blocks south to Sansom Street. Turn RIGHT onto Sansom Street and proceed half way down the block to the parking garage at 1415 Sansom Street.
12. TO WALK BACK TO ONE SOUTH BROAD: Turn left as you exit the garage and cross Broad Street to east side. Turn left up Broad Street toward City Hall. The entrance to One South Broad is between Chestnut Street and City Hall in the middle of the block.

From Central & Western New Jersey (Morristown Area)

The general directions are:

1. Take I-287 south to US 202 S (about 18.5 miles), which runs south and west toward Pennsylvania.
2. Follow US 202 S about 25 miles to NJ Route 31 S, which leads to
3. The Harburton Cutoff (NJ County Road 579), a shortcut to US Interstate I-95 into Philadelphia.2. As you head south on I-287, follow the signs to EXIT for RT 202/RT 206/RT 22, which all run together for a short distance as you exit I-287. Be careful to follow the signs for Somerville/Flemington, then follow the signs at the circles (roundabouts) for US 202 S. Distance from I-287 in Somerville to the turn-off for NJ Route 31 S in Ringoes, NJ is about 25 miles. You will pass Ortho-McNeil Laboratories on the way.
3. At Ringoes, NJ on US 202 S, a right turn onto NJ Rt 31 SOUTH to the first traffic light (about 2 miles) will take you to a shortcut on County Road 579 toward Harburton, NJ. The road (Bear Tavern Road) meanders through New Jersey countryside before passing Janssen Laboratories on the right, and dead ending over a small bridge.
4. A RIGHT turn at the dead end, then an immediate LEFT turn for about 1.5 miles will take you to the I-95 entrance just at the Delaware River (Scudder Falls) bridge to Pennsylvania, about 30 miles from Philadelphia. As you approach Philadelphia,

1. Take the Schuylkill River Drive (I-76) EAST toward Philadelphia. Keep toward the left (i.e. high-speed lane) as you approach the city.
2. Exit at I-676 toward CENTRAL PHILADELPHIA (Vine Street Expressway) and begin moving toward the right lane for an exit about 0.7 miles further on.
3. Take the exit toward BROAD STREET/CENTRAL PHILA. Bear right as you drive up the ramp.
4. Turn RIGHT onto 15th Street.
5. Take Exit for BROAD STREET/CENTRAL PHILA/PA 611 and merge onto 15th Street heading South. Fifteenth Street widens at City Hall.

1. Follow I-95N to Philadelphia.
2. As you approach the Benjamin Franklin Bridge, bear left (high-speed lane) toward US 30/INDEPENDENCE HALL/CENTRAL PHILA./CALLOWHILL ST. EXIT.
3. Keep left at the fork in the ramp.

1. Start out going WEST on TINICUM ISLAND RD toward SCOTT WAY.
2. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto SCOTT WAY.
3. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT toward I-95 N.
4. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto INDUSTRIAL HWY / PA-291 E. Continue to follow PA-291 E.
5. Turn LEFT onto S 26TH ST / PA-291 E.
6. S 26TH ST / PA-291 E becomes I-76 W.
7. Take the MARKET ST exit- EXIT 345- toward 30TH ST. STATION.
